The God Line

The God Line

on the rug there is a thread
unfitting, off color, out of pattern
the God line
speaks of our humanity
in the rose there is a flaw
a discoloration, a mis-turning
the God line
speaks of perfection in all things
in my life there is heartache
strife, sadness, fear, anger
the God line
speaks of unconditional love

in all Creation there is Mystery
darkness, hidden places
the God line
speaks of Great Light

Moon Dance

Peach orb softly smiling

Drops the skirt of pine and oak

Glides in slow dance

Into star-studded velvet

——————————————————————————

Sometimes the moon

Teases my thoughts

Awakens memories

Of the vastness of Life

Envelope of mystery

As broad as infinity

As intimate as my last breath

Yes!

I say Yes!

(even when I don’t like it)

I say Yes!

(though it’s not according to my plan)

I say Yes!

(too good to be true)

I say Yes!

(with open arms, ready)

I say Yes!

to God’s will

Blessed day in Great Mystery

Yes!!!
