One itsy bitsy
teeny weeny
little bitty thought
Doesn’t change much
‘til it grows up
Or catches onto

Sky growled gray
Spat like a cat cornered
Wind blustered and agitated
Shook ideas to bone
And behind
All the falderal
The sun shone gaily
Ever grateful

Ever light
Such is God’s love for us
Celebrate
One more day
Singing in the morning
Awakening to the joy
Before the rest of the day unfolds
It tints everything
A rosy warm
