face of the big loving
planet called Earth were
dancing for all their
enthusiasm. There arose
from their efforts such
a flash of joy that for
that moment the flash
was seen in neighboring
galaxies…

In the clouds
the mists swirling
happy, holy spirits
dance with sweet abandon…

Year Three
She opened one
petal at a time,
blossoming into the
sunlight of her soul,
drinking in the nectar
of love’s sweet presence…

Upon the whispering of the words
the story came alive
delciate gossamer threads
woven to epic proportions
mountains of granite and snow
from simple mounds
stacked one piece upon another
by mole or beaver or even ant
excitement arose in the glint of the eye
the wave of the hand
the painting of the scenery
the telling of the tale
Life's adjustments —
as snake sheds skin —
as frog becomes frog
from pollywog —
as chameleon changes
colors to fit —
so, too, challenges and
breakthroughs seek
new homeostasis
Sitting in silence
by the river of life
much excitement
floating past
and still I seek
unseen guidance
the subtle journey
without
within
Simmering beliefs
bubble up familiar
experiences and situations
Remember the spring
as winter hastens…
the blossoming and budding
emerges from dead brown stems
simmer then the sweet,
the fragrance of applesauce
lingers — just a suggestion
In your dreams
have you not flown
with the birds,
or swum with the fishies?
Immerse yourself
in the essence
of life and soar!
What is resistance
but lift beneath my wings,
rocks in the stream
but a thrill in the flow?
Silence is
an important part
of communication
as you listen to
the space between
the moments
As I release preconceptions
and blend into the moment
every sound awakes my senses
and my edges soften
Hear the frogs, the crickets chirping
the man whistling to the birds
feel the warmth arising
stillness wafts throughout
No longer held back by the words
eternal peace in every moment
rising joy kisses my heart
