A wedge of tomato all juicy and flavorful   Reminisces the sun and his warm love for the Earth   Mmmmm........

Over the hill of understanding and through the Spirit of compassionate love   He stepped out from under the fog of self-doubt   Into the brilliance of inspired epiphany!

Mouse scurried about putting all his treasures in their place   Keeping peace in his heart even though his hands were very busy   He noticed a while back how good it felt when he was centered

Peace in my heart begins and stops in my mind   Until that exquisite moment of sweet surrender   Then, it is timeless...

Repeat the good stuff as often as you like   That is the total immersion in life lived fully   With conscious presence in the moment NOW   Uncomfortable or sad joyous or bursting full even irritated or painful   It's all Good Stuff in full consciousness

In a moment of power he flipped on the joy switch   Out of sheer audacity and courageous spirit   He decided to leave it on indefinitely...

Gelled in her mind a concept of summer   And the longest day crept out her pores like the dew of energy spent   "Ah!" she thought, as they shuffled lightly in song and dance, "It is a time of life's abundance."

Yeehaw…how dee!   Out here in the West it’s easy to engage   In just a bit of hootin’ and hollerin’   At the full moon on a summer’s ever   (Of course, it’s that easy, too, in the East)
